They also feature an open plan kitchen/living area equipped with kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel sink, brand new box air conditioning unit, second hand repurposed cooktop and oven, and brand new canopy range hood. The full bathroom is equipped with plumbing for the washing machine, new porcelain closed coupled toilet suit and a semi-frameless glass shower. The large double bedroom is fitted with lights and a ceiling fan.
